Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Engineered 3D purchase, you may request to return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To be eligible for return, your product must be in unused condition and in original packaging.

Please contact returns@engineered3dsolutions.com with your order number to begin the return/exchange process.

​

Once your return has been received and processed, we will refund you for your returns item(s) minus the cost of original shipping and 5% restocking fee.

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

​

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

​

Exchanges/Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

​

If the item(s) you receive are defective or damaged​,  please contact returns@engineered3dsolutions.com with your order number and proof of defect/damage upon receipt to begin the return/exchange process.

Once confirmed and approved, a replacement will be sent.
